It's bad enough @SenateGOP & @SenateDems are considering approving a man with ZERO experience for a lifetime post, it's unconscionable they'd do it after he LIED BY OMISSION about conflicts with the White House and Mueller probe.

Senate Dems ALL voted against him. RepubliKKKlans hold a majority of seats on the Judiciary committee and moved him forward on a partyline vote.

He was rated "Not Qualified" by the ABA. So, in fairness, he probably didn't know what a "conflict" was.

How could being a judge in Alabama conflict with his wife being a lawyer the White House?

For one, a federal district court judge may have to rule on the constitutionality of an action by POTUS, on which action the judges wife gave advice to POTUS - potential conflict.

You change the issue. He was asked under oath to disclose any potential conflicts. He did not disclose this, or several other potential conflicts I can think of off hand, when testifying or in written responses.
