It's bad enough @SenateGOP & @SenateDems are considering approving a man with ZERO experience for a lifetime post, it's unconscionable they'd do it after he LIED BY OMISSION about conflicts with the White House and Mueller probe.

Senate Dems ALL voted against him. RepubliKKKlans hold a majority of seats on the Judiciary committee and moved him forward on a partyline vote.

-
actually he claims he misunderstood the question, " I Thought..well heck, me and my wife get along great,,we have no conflicts"
-
Yeah sometimes with this Administration you need to ask the questions as if you are asking a four year old child, simple.

Wouldn’t that disqualify almost anyone who lied on a job application especially one of a federal judge?!?!

What a surprise. Trump's judicial pick is unethical and unqualified.

Brett Talley must NOT be confirmed - not only is he grossly unqualified, but he left out the very BIG fact that he's married to a WH lawyer The

He was rated "Not Qualified" by the ABA. So, in fairness, he probably didn't know what a "conflict" was.
-
He is the 4th nominee of trump who has been designated as Not Qualified.
-
And he's never tried a case or even argued a motion in federal district court. R or D, anyone who's been to court, let alone federal court, will tell you what a joke his nomination is.
-
How could being a judge in Alabama conflict with his wife being a lawyer the White House?
-
For one, a federal district court judge may have to rule on the constitutionality of an action by POTUS, on which action the judges wife gave advice to POTUS - potential conflict.
-
Seems unlikely. Judges recuse themselves when conflicts like those arise
-
You change the issue. He was asked under oath to disclose any potential conflicts. He did not disclose this, or several other potential conflicts I can think of off hand, when testifying or in written responses.
