The linemen were paid $42 an hour. The bill that Whitefish Energy sent Puerto Rico's power company? $319 an hour.http://nyti.ms/2yXpBUI

Please stay on this. We need to know who approved this deal, what if any connections they/Whitefish have to Federal officials, how much profit has been made and into whose pockets it has traveled?

That's a correct cost, When a utility helps another utility they have to pay for stock, truck costs, employee pay, new poles

Why does the headline say $63 if it's $42? Admittedly graft by company.

I complained about this weeks ago on Twitter. Trumpeters yelled at me and said I was stupid for not understanding how “simple overhead” is billed 🤔🙄

$42 or $63 doesn’t really matter ... they were charging US taxpayers 5 to 7 times more than they paid workers.

I’ve said from the beginning that Whifish Energy was stealing money from the government and Puerto Rico. This is fraud and the people at Whitefish Energy had better be prosecuted

That's not uncommon although the billed number is higher than it should be...I used to work in this sort of field and a big cost of hiring lineman crews is what the utility has to pay to insure them
