A blogger, who has never tried a case. Up for a lifetime federal appointment. It's malpractice.

Nothing else it's going to be entertaining 36-year-old who been a lawyer for 3 year's never tried, argued a case so his judicial reasoning, decision are going to be uniquely hilarious.

Trying a case is not what creates qualification. Actually practicing law for barely longer than gestation period of an elephant is helpful.

Trying at least one case is essential to make well reasoned evidentiary rulings in my opinion. Not that high a bar of expectation for a federal judge.

I can't imagine him as a federal judge. I feel terrible for him every time I see these headlines, but I can't imagine him getting to issue decisions on my cases. Super hyperpartisan.

"The best people!" The spoils system has returned. I've always wondered what it was like in the 1880s 😒. #maga though

@realDonaldTrump is making a mockery of the United States government and judicial system. The man is an agent for Putin.

Makes sense. What’s the big deal? I’m having my gall bladder taken out next week by a good gardener friend of mine. He does a great job with my front lawn so I thought I’d reward him.
