If you are flirting with someone who depends on you for their paycheck, it's an abuse of power.

What about flirting with someone who you depend on for a paycheck? Isn't that also wrong?

Yes but the one in power can remain professional, distance themselves from the other person and make the rules of interaction. They can make a clear line without fear of losing their paycheck.

FFS! Don’t cancel parties and social functions, learn how to interact with women with out making it sexual. It’s actually easy. Segregation has never worked and that’s where this sounds like it’s going. Burkas next?

Every woman I know has experienced unwanted remarks and/or actions everywhere she's worked, but not by ALL the men. There are plenty of good guys out there, but they seem not to know or care who among them are creeps.

In my experience, guys who don't harass women have a hard time believing there are men that do harass women, and how often it happens.

Glad they are thinking about it. But from this article it sounds like now men will use "false harassment" as a way to hold women back. How can it be so confusing to realize if you wouldn't do it to a man (hugging, commenting on appearance, etc), don't do it to a woman?

They make it out like it’s so difficult to navigate a conversation with a woman? Don’t obsessively talk about sex or touch her inappropriately. Problem solved. There’s only about a million other topics they can talk about with women.

Good guys don't exist, remember? Like how they say nice guys are a myth? Guys are either evil or dead 😏 (I'm the latter - but Heaven's got good internet).

Really? To stop giving men a pass who use sexual harassment and assault as a power tool. Choose a side; part of the problem or part of the solution.

Here’s some basic info: don’t touch, don’t grab, don’t rub up against, don’t get close physically, zero talk about anything related to sex - ever. Simple.
