And still, nothing has happened with gun control legislation. This is a National disgrace.

This is so hard to take. I remember the shock and horror of Columbine and how elected officials said things would change...

It's not even the worst school shooting anymore since Virginia Tech and Sandy Hook has happened.

I remember that day. It was one of those watershed moments in history you wish you could undo. I so hoped we would learn from it and prevent it from happening again. The fact that it's now been overshadowed by many more--and worse--shootings makes me very, very sad.

It is repugnant that we have a Top 10 list for deadliest mass shootings. Does no one get this?

What does this tell us? We shouldn't be having a list of the most deadliest mass shootings! This country has become so immune to shootings. Very tragic.

These assault weapons are not allowed here in Canada 🇨🇦 could be why we don't have as many mass shootings #AssaultWeaponsBan #GunControlNow

That's not true. Canadians can and do own AR-15's with the appropriate license. Should also be noted that some weapons that would be considered unusually here, like shotguns with less than 18 inch barrels, are among the least restricted firearms in Canada.

They are restricted here in Canada. We use our guns for HUNTING, u know, for sport.. which is why we have no use for those kinds of weapons..

Restricted is not "we don't have them". And we use them (Ar-15's among others) for hunting & target shooting here, too, as well as for home defense.

Ok, maybe we just know better then...There is no need for the public to access weapons like this, period. Military weapons for military only

Columbine became old news. Then elementary shooting at #SandyHook faded. Seems tolerance for shootings keeps rising along with these growing events. Next will be a baby nursery but I expect Americans will still justify gun ownership. WAKE UP
