Ridiculous. It's their magazine and their picture, she was just the model. She made a name for herself largely due to her sporting the bald head. She made that choice.

Do white people being photographed for magazines have to worry that they will try to make them look like someone else ?
#WhitePrivilege -
Depends on if they show up looking totally different than how they marketed themselves in the past. which Lupita did. She is known for her bald head.
-
If they wanted a picture of her from the past they could have used a picture of her from the past. Or does she have to ask permission to change her hair.
-
Or they could had done exactly what they did, which was pay for her time, pay for the photographer, and pay someone to edit it how they like.

why should they do that? They should be sued. I sense a racial gesture here

Do artists have any say so about their image before it goes to print? If so, she should fire her publicist.

Lupita is perfect. Why would they alter any image of her?

It's their job to change reality to fit their narrative. I thought everyone knew this by now. Welcome to the media's assumed privilege of changing what they *think* the public wants.
