Start by taking less money from drivers. 40 to 50% its not a fair deduction. Your customer don’t know about this scam

Maybe if the @uber drivers could learn their way around a city...without a GPS.

Then you wind up with drivers who take advantage and go longer inefficient ways.

I've never had a cab driver take me a "longer inefficient" way. I know my city. So should the @uber driver.

I know my home city. However I go run 3 other areas. I do use the GPS mainly for a time estimate and real time traffic. Also I have had cab drivers go indirect routes many times claiming shortcut.

I’ve never been in a cab in any city/country with a GPS. Only Uber’s. And I’ve never been in an Uber that didn’t utilize the GPS.

Uber became despicable, especially in Atlanta, GA. They allow passengers to be intrusive on personal level, then suckers give bad rating whey a driver denies to answer, Are CIA agency, too?

Please, start with your navigation app which is very very bad, then make sure that the drivers are committed with the company and finally bring bag the flat rides
