@realDonaldTrump revoked Pres. Obama’s exec order, which gave more funds to the ATF to add agents & upgrade their antiquated computer systems. Their budgets have been slashed so much, they don’t have the resources to enforce existing laws. -
Antiquated by design. When they attempted to upgrade, Republicans cut the budget by the price of the computer upgrade.
