So this week doesn't bode well for Military convictions. A year for fracturing a child's skull & assault doesnt seem like a proper sentence

My Dad was an NRA member, we grew up with guns. Then the NRA lost their minds, and became fanatics.

I believe he was denied a permit by the state of Texas. Apparently criminals don't follow laws.

Yes. I can see how that would be a huge deterrent to a mad, homicidal gunman. Or not. Point is he had access to a gun.
