If being kind were the only way we chose to govern- everyone would be a lot better off. It’s not kind to have 3 planes and 9 houses. #greed

I read it first thing in the morning, I cried😢😢. To think that the church, that people trust to protect and guide would betray this much 😠

No we don’t. Holding present and future generations liable for the past only saddles them with guilt and shame over things they had no part

The problem is these evil nuns are still alive and well. The raping priests are too. This all happened in my generation. I’m only 33.

Yes and they are accountable but spreading the guilt over the youth of today is wrong.

They have not and are not being held accountable. Lying to kids today is not ok either. The damage those people did to Irish people is evil.

Yes my 75 year old mother from Mooncoin a survivor. Informing kids one thing making them responsible for the guilt and shame not ok.

Making them aware of the evil of giving power ( not faith) to a religion is a responsibility of us all. I’m a Wexford man 👍

This story is so tragic and evil. Why any Irish person would ever give money or attend Catholic Church at this point is unfathomable.

Easy way to stop it. Criminal court and full cooperation of church. They want to forget doesn’t mean we to. The church is dead here anyway.
