Just legalize weed and this will all go away.

No, the weed doesn’t give same high or feeling as the evil opioids .

-
That's true, but eversince it was made legal in Colorado, opioid deaths went way down. So it would def help.
-
Hopefully. I have an addicted daughter who uses both. Ugh I wish it was only weed
-
I pray she snaps out of it... a tiny amount of fentonyl is enough to kill one. A bag of it can kill several elephants.
-
Thanks. Me too. I put her through rehab but she relapsed a few months after getting out. Then she moved out (she’s 26)
-
Have you heard of Kratom tea? I guess it helps people get off opioids.
-
I have not. I’ll look into it. Thank you very much

Big Pharma give physicians incentives to precsribe these deadly drugs. Follow the money and you'll find the cause of our epidemic
-
My doctors only prescribed me norco as a last resort. If insurance covered pot, chiropractic, massage & physical therapy for chronic pain...
-
Many people w/chronic pain, fibromyalgia, arthritis, etc, wouldn't need to be on pain pills for any length of time. But pills are cheaper.

Why do we blame the substance rather than the abuser?

It's bad. It's really, really bad.Stop the prescriptions that get people hooked, stop the entrance of drugs into the country, stop the dealers,
-
Not everyone gets hooked on prescriptions. Now those of us who need meds for pain can't get it anymore. What other option is there?
-
Unless a person is a burn victim or has cancer,he has no need for those kinds of pain medications. They are too strong and too addictive.
-
I have fibromyalgia, chronic pain, & arthritis. I've been on 5-325 norco for YEARS. I can stop taking it w/no issues, other than more pain.
