        At "worst" RT is counter-propaganda, and the textbook definition of counter-propaganda requires that it be based in fact (otherwise it is ineffective, besides). If RT was broadcasting falsehoods the solution is a lawsuit for libel, slander, etc. #freeRT #counterpropaganda
