        How did he lie? She made the beginning of the speech about the credit she deserves for it, which was exactly what Kelly criticized her for.

        Ok 1) he said she took credit for funding. 2) She spoke of how the entire congress pushed it thru bcuz of their RESPECT for FBI & lawmakers.

        So what if it wasn’t about funding? Kelly was criticizing her for bragging, which she did by taking credit for the dedication bill.
