Go into a resturaunt and attack the owner and his country, then claim it isn't a hate crime because the assailant was white? Sounds legit.

A huge part of managing my complex ptsd is Do Not Go Where Triggers Are! Can't always control reactions, but I can control my surroundings.

It's the first line of therapy. Current treatments require being aware of your triggers and learning to manage them via mindfulness.
