It's not just a Hollywood problem. It's a human problem. Women are harassed at work, sidewalks, home, stores, parks, etc.

A woman doesn't have to an aspiring actress to be assaulted. Men attack women who are in slacks and a t-shirt.

Average people must stand up for assault that is happening at the local level. Small towns and urban cities alike share this problem.

People in power -whether millionaire in the film industry or local hot-shot businessman- must not be given a free pass because of wealth.

Every time a male actor says "If I had seen something, I would have stopped it," what he means is he didn't believe what women were saying.

I believe we should start with the problem in our White House. Hollywood doesn't control US Education, State and Justice.

Not just Hollywood. As stated in the article, it's the fact that this kind of behavior by men is considered "ordinary." It's culture wide.
