        Puerto Rico needs to take responsibility for their fault with the water and electrical systems. Why were they so badly maintained? Where did the money go? An internal audit needs to be done, no matter how high up it goes. The hurricane made things 100% worse, not Trump.

        Yes. If the systems would have been up to date, things wouldn't have been as bad as they were. Trump didn't cause the hurricane or the water/electrical problems. Aid was not delayed for two weeks.
