It's always the unattractive guys. Every time. Can't get laid, so they sexually harass women.
-
Nonsense. Not all rapists or sexual harassers are homely. They don't do this just to get laid, either. It's also about power.
-
I guess Ted Bundy is a good example. Good point about it being about power. We just see so many ugly guys doing it!
-
1/ Bundy's excellent example. Just annoys me when ppl act like harassment/rape is just abt sex. Or someone is too attractive to be a rapist
-
2/ Pervs aren't interested in consensual acts. They want the power to choose whoever they want & do whatever they want to that person.
-
3/ They get off on the power they have to take away their victim's right to say no, and on the humiliation & pain they inflict.

Lisa Bloom defending Harvey Weinstein called Weinstein a “an old dinosaur learning new ways.” When Bloom saw suing Bill O'Reilly & Donald Trump for sexual harassment she used very different words about them. When your Lisa Bloom it just depends on who's paying your salary.
-
So, what you’re saying is she’s a lawyer... if she was a man, she’d be earning a living, but as a woman she’s culpable?
#doublestandard -
You made that up. When an attorney makes it personal like Bloom does, you can tell on TV she believes in these cases and how badly they affect the harassed women. With Weinstein, she says he just didn't know better. You can't have it both ways. Nothing to do w/ male-female.
-
Made what up? She’s under no obligation either as attorney or woman to choose her clients based on current or previously stated convictions.
-
Sometime its just your reputation and personal standards is what counts, not what you can/able do.
-
Ok, fine, I get that, just don’t see a lot of male lawyers attacked for hypocrisy. Nor do I see anyone going after the celebs coming fwd now
