We lose 30K people a year to gun violence, we just lost healthcare for 9M low income kids, & 1.5M PR's dont have water. Are we great yet?😓

2nd Amendment is not an all-or-none proposition. You can support 2nd Amendment while also supporting reasonable regulations/restrictions.

No constitutional right is absolutely unfettered. Check restrictions on 1st and 4th amendments for example.

We don't have "constitutional rights". The constitution is a set of rules for the government to obey.

And no, the wording of the first and fourth amendments are still obeyed.

So, police can NEVER search your house or seize your property without a warrant? Under your view of 4th Amendment, this never occurs.

People break the law every day. Cops included. So let's just scrap liberty in general, I guess. Right?

No. Police LEGALLY search without warrant (per SCOTUS authority) for example in imminent danger circumstances.
