This article indicates Trump has "reversed" some Obama Cuba travel/commercial policies. That's inaccurate. Trump announced intentions to reverse, but no new regulations doing so have been announced. It's still Obama era status quo.

It would be odd for Cuba to attack us. They have a lot to gain with closer US ties. I wonder who would benefit from souring our relations?
