        Florida saw it's own economic recession in 2008 when it was overbuilt, as were many places. It came back so strong, all forgot it was sand.

        Got to say I'm glad I was born 70+ yrs ago. I saw Fla. in 1950's be4 all was ruined by development. Wouldn't spend a penny there now.
