He was not an "ex-police officer" when he murdered this man.

He didn't murder the man. He responded to a perceived threat to his and fellow officers' lives. "This man" was a drug dealer.

You can't justify murder because you're targeting a criminal. Cops are not judge and jury.

Did you watch the video? That doesn't happen. They didn't even know he had drugs until after they killed him.

They were there investigating a possible drug deal when he fled. I think they knew he had drugs at that point.
