      Arkema said there was a risk of further explosions at the site. Harris County ordered the evacuation of residents within a 1.5-mile radius.

          It's a similar kind of problem to Fukushima - cooling cut - but thankfully the contents aren't radioactive. Peroxides are tricky chemicals.
