The judge’s ruling was only temporary, and prevents the law from taking effect on Friday while a suit goes forwardhttp://nyti.ms/2eGE9f4

It's clear that trump believes he and his cronies are above the law as evidence by the pardon of crimes. So let's not talk about "law&order"

This is a judge questioning the constitutionality of a bill. If "enforcement" of a law violated constitutional rights it must be stopped.

This ruling does not have to do with the issue of sanctuary cities itself but the contents of a bill designed to crack down on them.

Whether you support sanctuary cities or not (I very much do support them) the contents of the bill are scary.

By the sound of it it could lead to racial profiling and withholding of due process.

This judge is absolutely doing his job to halt this bill from taking effect. It has nothing to do with "Dems".
