        There is a bowling alley being used as a staging area in Port Arthur. People being moved from flooded shelters to other locations.

        I was in Port Arthur after Katrina/Rita (Rita hit PA, actually). It's a tiny place and the damage was high...I cried. Is Storm-PTSD a thing?
