My mother taught me that if I am on the road, there is a great chance I will get hit by a car. And yes I believe the driver is justified.

My argument. The car is the weapon, but it needs a driver to commit the crime. The gun is the weapon, that needs a handler. The difference?

I must pass a test, have a license, inspect & register my car to drive, all of which can be removed. An AR15 can kill more faster than a car
