Three court decisions finding that Texas Republicans have discriminated against minorities, but I'm sure it's a complete coincidence.

The only one I would even question is adopting a pet, the rest require an id.

No ID req for Rx, using credit card, pet, renting home, video games, casino, phone... Other forms of ID also acceptable for many of these.

"Other forms of ID" are IDs! And in my city ID is required for all you mentioned.

If photo ID is necessary it should be free and easy to obtain, period. You guys want it so bad, fine, do it correctly.

That's the point. If someone wants the ability to vote "so bad" they'll do it correctly. Thanks for making it so clearly.

"Correctly" is showing up and casting your vote. Most won't forego their weekly groceries or threaten their job in order to vote.

Why would people not have ID? If this is our most important right wouldn't you want to have Id? What's the scoop?

Cost, time, don't drive? If ID is mandatory it needs to be supplied free to all citizens w/o burden. We have SSN and BC, why no nat'l ID?

Racial minorities are less likely to have IDs because of cost, time, lack of need so requiring them disenfranchises them. Which is wrong
