I learned from this piece that I should not refer to a black man as "aggressive" but it's ok for me to refer to a white person that way.

One of my best sales people is African American. I've always thought of him as aggressive, in a very professional way. Much for me to learn.

And much for many others looking for reasons to be offended. How do we achieve equality when we can't think of people in equal terms?
