        Life is full of hard choices, choosing to do things illegally is just plain wrong. No other country would condone illegal immigration.

        The assumption that all migrants now find themselves in this situation as a result of illegal entries shows a lack of understanding US law.

        If u apply 2 adj status 2 permanent resident ur visa will likely expire while in processing. If u leave the US it cancels ur application.

        It doesn't work that way, once you are out of status, there is normally a 1/10/lifetime ban on being able to return.
