        Absolutely not, it would be a breech of confidentiality and safeguarding. Patients can always obtain medical records via proper channels.

        It's a breech of the medical deontological code and oath to uphold the fundamental principles of patient confidentiality. Nothing nefarious.

        Absolutely! That recording would be considered a medical record, and a patient has every right to their own records. They cannot be denied.
