        I'm a 4 hour aday commuter,2 in the morning,2 at night on the train. Beats the hell out of sitting on 95 to get to DC.But it's still no life

        I would die. When I lived with G. Bets it was 45 minutes to an hour each way to work. I lost part of my soul doing that :(

        I commuted 28 mi ea way for 10 yrs (w/a carpool buddy). 1-2 hrs ea way 5 days/week. No trains/mass transit. Gave me an ulcer & perspective.

        If it was just the miles I’d feel the same. I love 2 drive. I just don’t like to sit in bumper2bumper traffic for 2 hrs w/impatient maniacs!

        People's lives being eaten up by such long commutes-- victims of the wide economic disparities in th US. GOP tax cuts won't help them
