Doesn't matter, should be left to local government where the statues are located.

Perhaps those local governments should have complained about removing them under the Obama administration. They had years, why now?

You still don't get it, it's not any government it's CITIZENS who are demanding this change, NOW. These things happen in their own time.

Can anyone explain to this man that these statues DO NOT honor the Civil War, they were erected during Jim Crow to express white supremacy.

Wrong. The monuments ARE the fire. Taking down the moments will help put out the fire. White Supremacy apologism gets you nowhere w/ me.

Put these reminders of those who fought for slavery in a museum. They should be removed from places where they & their ideals are glorified.

Exactly. No one is REmoving history, just moving it to more appropriate locations.

"Souls," not "soles". How is moving objects glorifying the promotion slavery to museums "destroying history"?
