So this article is demonstrably manipulative and false regarding Ukraine. You've received much admonishing. And you post again. WTF.

This is how
@nytimes and its Man-in-Moscov promoted the KGB power grab in Russia in 2000: "Russian De Gaulle"http://www.nytimes.com/2000/02/20/world/path-power-political-profile-putin-steering-reform-but-with-soviet-discipline.html … -

The article quotes mostly one guy, Mr. Elleman. In it, there is a direct link to the "38 North Press Briefing" - http://www.38north.org/wp-content/uploads/pdf/2017-0601-38-North-Press-Briefing-Transcript-Elleman-Gallucci-Wit.pdf …
-
In these notes, we find Mr. Elleman states that: 1. It's VERY unlikely that R-250-like engines were shipped to N. Korea by Ukr. government
-
2. Engines could be procured to Koreans by some middle management of Yuzhmash many years ago. 3. Or it could equally be Russia
-
Because, I quote: "Well, it's an old Soviet engine".
-
So, why authors of this article call RD-250 a "Ukrainian engine" is a complete mystery.
-
Why they decided that engines must have come from nowhere else but only Ukraine, and not from Russia - not clear at all

Nope! Russia. They sent 3 nuclear scientists over there a few years back. Russia is keeping us busy by poking n Korea to make noise.

While they get what they want done, where they want it done.

Interesting fact. This missile engines are from Soviet era, so Russia has technology and factories. And it's Russia, Kim's friends.
-
Are you a Russophobe? A furuncle on a nose has jumped up too Russia will be guilty will be?
-
I'm Ukrainian, Russia annexed our peninsula, and started war. Guess who am I ;)
-
The reunification of the peninsula with Russia is the result of an illegal coup d'état in Ukraine and the massacre of the Crimean people
