ACLU would even go to bat for Milo? Wow!

You have to admit that PETA has some pretty disturbing ads though, remember all that propaganda in the 90s?

Yes, reminded of a friend who said "PETA amaze me because they take something as simple as kindness to animals and fuck it up."

I would be less kind and probably use the phrases like "dilution of message" and "media-whores" however.

There's something the @ACLU fails to understand: Milo is hate speech. The world has laws vs. it. Forget the US Constitution, it's flawed.

How is free speech flawed? The way you win over hate speech is by presenting better arguments than the opposing side.

That clearly isn't happening in the US. It failed to happen in Nazi Germany, Rwanda, etc. The way you win over hate speech is by banning it.

It hasn't worked? Women earned the right to vote and segregation was ended because of that

I fail to see how not accepting ads violates the first amendment... which guarantees you will not face legal ramifications for words....

I understand why ACLU wants to do this but I can't support them when it does this kind of thing. Let Milo find his own benefactors - not me

Does the metro have free speech rights? What are they being forced to "say"? Would Breitbart accept an ad of Elizabeth Warren against 45
