Yeah, you can. All you need from him is child support.

If he doesn't consent to raising the baby then he shouldn't have to pay child support.
-
Q: Why do courts make a man pay child support? A: Because he fathered the child. Consent has nothing to do with it.
-
Men should be able to "opt out" of parenthood just like women are. Unless you don't care about equality of course.
-
Nothing to do with equality,it's like a contract, both sides have rights and duties.
-
Except women have the possibility of opting out through abortions and men are just screwed.
-
It's not a fair contract when one party has far more power than the other

If he knows he never wants children he should of had a vasectomy a long time ago
-
That's such an awful thing to say! Do you say that to pregnant women who don't want their babies as well?
-
Nothing awful about it. If he never wants to be a father it's HIS responsibilty to make sure that it never happens.
-
So it isn't the mothers responsibility at all? She could've taken the pill if she didn't want to be pregnant.

And why did she think that was okay if she knew she wasn't on bc? Asked for a condom once before. What.
-
Don't care if she triple pregnant or not or who's fault it is. Both are responsible for pregnancy. Just tweeting.
