I take issue with saying someone is an adult at 18, but restricting certain things until they are 21. You are an adult or you are not.

Actually I agree with you. Old enough to get drafted, not allowed to drink or smoke (in some states). Makes no sense.

That's what I was thinking. Either raise or lower the age of maturity. We all know that some 18 yr olds are not mature but neither are 21 y

People should be older before deciding to use an addictive drug, esp one so expensive for both the user and our health care system.
