I was told hatred of fat was a societal construct, but I never understood why that's comforting. I live in society.http://nyti.ms/2ullkDl

Nobody hates fat people. We just tire of the sympathy they garner for their illness Its curable if they put down food pick up exerc

Which begs the question "why is Rubens such a revered artist?" Oh because when the world was starving fat was admired as a lucky situation

And today the poor, who live in food deserts, tend to overweight. Wealthy with gyms, trainers, good food, med are, are lean and mean.

Poor are fat because the food they can afford is loaded with Lard transfats and salt/sugar

Maybe shopping lessons and menu planning. Process food quick and easy but not cheaper in the long run. Bulk chicken, beef, dry beans, rice

Diet Biz has been preying on obese forever with gimmicks that could never be replicated daily for a lifetime. We must learn habitual choices

Obesity has only gone mainstream the last fifty years. Considered oddity before that. Time will make it the new norm. In time.
