        Was introduced to this at Hot 'n Crusty back in the 90s. Also the "toasted muffin" concept. Basically anything with butter is good.

        Kaiser roll or kajzerka in Poland, mostly popular in previous Austro-Hungarian part & in Warsaw. Should be crisp and a bit heavy, not fluffy
