I weighed 216LBS 1 year ago, & dropped weight focusing on a more strict diet to include my sugar intake. I now weigh 175. Goal: 165-ish.

Yep. The result of not understanding the basic concept that food is fuel. You don't overfill ur gas tank with mud. Don't do it to ur body.

Same diets just get recycled. Dieting is a fail. Eat whole foods. You cant out work a bad diet. Its not temporary, its a lifestyle
