        It was addressed sir with the Yucca Mountain Nuclear Waste Repository. It cost billions and we aren't using it.

        I don't see Yucca as a solution, especially when it takes 10,000 years for the radioactive material to breakdown.

        Yucca was meant to be safe and secure location for the waste to decay away over those years. People aren't supposed to wander around inside.
