Why? Because lawmakers have their pokets filled with money from insurance and pharna lobbies.

You left out the fact that insurance companies must always maximize profits for their shareholders.

Simply put healthcare doesn't belong in "the free market" it will never correct itself, there's too much greed in the so-called "free market"

It's unreal that a 1st world country can't figure out healthcare for all citizens. Here in the UK we've had universal healthcare since 1948!

Because Americans don't want the govt deciding what's important in our healthcare. We like to make our own decisions on who gets to live.

"We like to make our own decisions on WHO GETS TO LIVE" 😧 Your sentence sounds rather sinister & very 'un-Christian' given your profile bio.

It was truth, nothing sinister about it. If you read the Bible, then you understand that God does not command us to give the govt control.👍🏽

The reason why it's difficult now is a very simple answer. Liberals politicians got involved & don't know how to fix it. It will collapse.

What the US needs is a National Health Service. Where everyone pays in through taxation thus spreading the costs to an affordable level .
