        To be specific, they apologized to ANYONE WHO WAS OFFENDED not FOR the remarks themselves. Which means THEY didn't think remarks were wrong.

        They should go further and contrast what he said to their code, indicating where he was in direct conflict with the Scout's ideals.

        not sure the @boyscouts of 2017 are the boyscouts I grew up with and this "apology" needs a lot of work. Leadership should resign for this.
