Factory jobs go unfilled not because workers lack the skills. The problem is that too many of them fail a drug test.http://nyti.ms/2tyw4P5

You gotta be on something if you're a full time factory worker. Why not loosening up the screening process?

If you're on drugs, there's going to be a safety issue at a factory. Machines don't have feelings

Do you enjoy an occasional adult beverage? So should I assume if you do, you probably go to work with a good buzz on?

I've worked at a factory, sometimes u have other people's lives in your hands. There's no room for error. Imagine the lawsuits

Nobody's talking about people who are impaired while they work. If I have tequila or a joint on my day off there's no danger to anyone.

If it's still in your system you aren't as sharp as u could be. Also, people who do drugs occasionally lie about their last intake.

A drug test is REALLY a marijuana test. Any other kind of drug will be out of your system within hours to a few days.

The last thing you want is a heavy equipment operator with a drug habit. It's a safety liability.
