So what? My sister was a lawyer and she quit because she hated it. Maybe we should just allow people to do what they want from now on?

Male lawyers aren't dumb enough to pay lawyer wages to wash dishes, even if the women are cheaper. They have cleaning ladies at $5/hr.

The only thing that matters in most firms is bringing in clients - if you get business, it doesn't matter if you're man, woman or martian

Just like medicine it could be b/c they choose Family Law over trial law. Women doctors face the same thing if they opt for Pediatrics.

But the problem with Law in general is there are too many graduates. Ditto engineers. Contrary to popular memes, some markets are glutted.
