Women's bodies aren't built for strenuous exercise, no surprise.

A part from the article, he's right. They should workout, of course! But what he said is a fact

I disagree. Female bodies can do strenuous exercise, too. The composition is not that different. Exercise needs to be adapted to the person.

The paper is from 1999 and a journal with an IF of 6. O2-uptake also doesn't determine fitness or the ability to do strenuous exercises.

One lesson I've learned is to never argue with a woman.

Well, never argue with a biologist and medical student. ;-) Women can really do strenuous exercises, too. Just different levels/types.

Be safe, listen to your body, and yes, you have the right to stop. Eg don't start w/the weights if it's your 1st body pump class etc.

Just walk during break time and at home for 1-2 hours a day. Get a stand up desk at work. You don't need to over exert & injure.
