        Right. I wasn't questioning efficiency. I just had a doubt about the length of a generation. Checked it. Apparently it's 25,5 yrs.

        There are tens of thousands of US military in Korea, Japan, & Europe. Why not make similar commitment to Afghanistan & Iraq ?
