        Odd 2-3 years ago we were told violence is so dire in Central America the people there couldn't do anything but flee to the USA.

        43/50 most homicidal cities still loc in LatAm, Carib. Staying not b/c it's safe, but b/c they'll get turned back,can't afford to lose $$.
