        Then, they bought insurance, so they moved the risk to the insurance co. The insurance co didn't lose any money even with all the payouts.

        1st they should have installed a sprinkler system. 2nd nothing is fireproof. except asbestos. Fire RES means 15 minutes then it is going up.
