        KFF found that the % of uninsured in Kentucky dropped from 18.8% in '13, to 6.8 % — one of the sharpest reductions in the country.

        I think KY voters truly didn't realize ACA =ObamaCare= KYNECT. And I see neither Rand Paul nor McConnell saying that till after elections. 😡
