I feel like this could have been done with just a little bit of compassion. I realize the internet is a nice place to be3 mean. But come on.

Wow. The word "jump" should not be included in any command not to jump.

Hard to command someone not to do something when you don't tell them what it is they shouldn't do.

I'm a football official. When under the goalpost we say to each other "yes" or "no" on field goal attempts instead of "good" or "no good."

You may be a football official but you are not "we" and"yes" or "no" are not commands.

How about go over commands before going to jump site? Perhaps "hold" and "jump."

He shouldn't had them wait on the ledge or even used the word "jump" in any way until bungee was secure. Dumb

Can't believe some of the comments...if she was Dutch in Spain, I imagine the instructions could have been confusing. Tragic.

tragic as her death is, no one knows what she heard. she is dead. Not clear that his broken English was the proximate cause of her death.

IMO "wait" would have been a much better command.
