        I've personally seen more than a dozen times elderly give their assets away to their kids to qualify. Attack it if you want, but it's true.

        This is not true. You can't get Medicaid if you've given money away. State looks at 5-7 yrs of bank statements before approval.

        I've managed money for thousands of elderly over the last 20+ years. Many plan and do intentionally give assets away so Medicaid can pay

        again, the 98 year old that had outlived her money, after paying out of her own pocket to be in assisted living, $ now gone. Needs medicaid
